Holly started out her career in the property management field.  Upon graduating college in 1993 with a degree in Real Estate Holly went on to work in the new construction phase of real estate focusing on marketing and sales.  After assisting several top producers in the Lexington area she picked up valuable experience to bring to you.  Staying home with her children became priority for a few years and she returned to the field in 2002 to specialize in the listing and marketing side of Real Estate. Her service to our team as Listing Coordinator is invaluable when you are selling your home. She is experienced in both sides of the transaction but works as hard as possible to get your home sold in the quickest amount time for the best price. Holly is proficient in researching the market and competitive properties and her attentiveness to communication with our sellers is superb. When it's time to sell your home, Holly will assist Melinda in handling all the details.

Danielle handles all paperwork and coordinates all necessary details to ensure our buyers and sellers have a seamless transaction. She plays a crucial role in developing relationships with our clients and is a key element to the success of our team. She is willing to help with any aspect of the transaction. Prior to joining The Melinda Duncan Team, Danielle worked for over six years in the mortgage industry. Danielle is a life-long resident of Lexington. She graduated from Lexington Catholic High School and Lexington Community College where she earned an Associates Degree. She spends her spare time pampering her Chihuahua “Lucy”. She loves to read, run and of course, “retail therapy”.
